Call us to arrange bulk-item pickup; we handle oversized trash with care and convenience.
No service on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. Routes after the holiday run one day behind. Service before the holiday remains unchanged.
Every call is answered by a real, friendly representative ready to help with scheduling or questions. If your call reaches voicemail during peak hours, we’ll return it as soon as we’re available.
What are the Service terms?
Powers Waste Solutions – Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
By enrolling in trash collection services with Powers Waste Solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service
Powers Waste Solutions provides scheduled residential and commercial waste collection on designated service days. Collection schedules may change due to holidays, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Billing & Payment
Payment is due according to the billing schedule provided at sign-up.
Late or unpaid accounts may be subject to service interruption until the balance is paid.
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
3. Acceptable Waste
Customers may dispose of normal household and limited yard debris. The following items are prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing:
Hazardous materials
Chemicals or paint
Batteries
Tires
Construction or demolition debris
Concrete, dirt, rocks, or bricks
Hot ashes
Liquids or other materials prohibited by law
4. Container Placement
Customers are responsible for placing containers in an accessible location by the scheduled pickup day. Containers blocked by vehicles, locked gates, animals, flooding, or other obstacles may not be serviced.
5. Service Interruptions
Powers Waste Solutions is not liable for delays or missed collections caused by severe weather, road closures, mechanical failures, emergencies, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as possible.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to use company-provided containers properly and not intentionally damage them. Customers may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing containers that are lost, stolen due to negligence, or intentionally damaged.
7. Cancellation
Customers may cancel service by providing reasonable notice before their next billing cycle. Any unpaid balance must be paid before the account is closed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Powers Waste Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to provide service, except where required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
Powers Waste Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By signing up for service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
What about Weather delays?
Safety comes first. Severe weather may delay or suspend service. Updates are provided by email and on Facebook. If service is skipped, we’ll collect double the following week.
